Wheeeee! (I know, boring default happy title from Ali... sorry, I'm not feeling creative. :-))
Whee! I had an excellent day! It started off with a stellar dental appointment, at which I had no cavities and was complimented copiously on the condition of my teeth (sigh, there's no "c" synonym for teeth, except maybe cuspids, but I'm not going that far just for the sake of alliteration.) Then I went to help the teachers at my mom's school, who were doing some end-of-the-year packing and moving to other rooms, and got inundated with office gossip. ^^ When I went lifting that afternoon, I met and chatted with a really hot guy with a cross tattoo on his upper arm, above which was written "AMAZING GRACE" in gothic capital letters, and I was happy to make a new friend! Then, the highlight of my evening. One of the teachers at Mom's school had invited me to go to a cardio-kickboxing class with her that night, since she knew that I used to do actual kickboxing in high school. I agreed, curious, and ended up having the most wonderful time! It wasn't anything like kickboxing, actually, more like really really hardcore aerobics with kicks and punches thrown in for an hour and a half, but it wore me out, and I will never make fun of cardio-kickboxing ever again. Man! Those folks are nuts! I loved it! I think I really need people to get after me and make me work hard, or else I won't, and that'd be a shame because I love the feeling of pushing my body. Yay! So all in all, it was a really fun day, and I'm happy! Hope y'all's days were just as nice! Good night!
